集中教育讲稿
适时开展社区服刑人员教育活动的主要目的有三个方面～一是直接目的:按照常规的警示教育活动～达到配合司法行政部门的监督管理～使大家服从监外执行的纪律。 二是间接目的:通过学习增强法律意识和社会责任感～将来成为一名学法、知法、懂法、守法的合格公民。 三是根本目的:预防再犯罪～促进社会稳定～实现社会的长治久安。
诚然绝大多数社区服刑人员都能积极改造～按时报到～认真履行请销假制度～取得了可喜进步～希望在座的社区服刑人员激发改造热情～坚定改造信心～加速改造步伐～争取早日解除矫正～成为自食其力的守法公民。
长沙镇自社区矫正工作试行以来至今共接收监管社区服刑人员78人～其中期满59人～目前在册的还有19人～近年来～司法所积极探索改造社区矫正的手段和方法～大力实施人性化管理～努力推进改造工作的法制化、科学化和社会化～取得了可喜的工作成效。主要表现在:人防、技防取得了明显进展,手机定位,～司法工作水平有了新的进步～社区服刑人员改造质量有了新的提高～认罪伏法有了新的认识～为维护全镇社会大局稳定和人民安居乐业做出了贡献。今天借这个月的教育活动～我强调三句话:
