一、实习时间：---
二、实习地点：美佳铭城
三、实习目的：通过模拟操作熟悉现代商业的操作流程与业务知识，培养同学们实际操作能力，从根本上实现学生理论与实践知识的结合，达到学以致用，使学生能在毕业后迅速适应实际工作环境，为将来从事现代零售业打下坚实的基础。
四、实习总结：
（一）商场的组织机构和商品规划
1、商场的组织机构 ：在美佳铭城购物广场设有：总经理（潘总）一个，副总经理两个（李总、包总）下设有采购部 、运营部、企划部、人事部、客服部、总务部、财务部等等。
要实习地点就是美佳铭城的三楼运营部办公室，助理楼层主管，管理三楼楼层的一系列活动。
2、商品规划：
一楼主营：黄金珠宝、皮具箱包、化妆品、烟酒、男女皮鞋、休闲茶座。
二楼主营：少女装、少淑装、文胸针织、流行配饰、家纺、家居服饰。
三楼主营：淑女装、男士服饰、配饰、男士内衣、羊绒衫、中老年服饰。
四楼主营：运动服饰、休闲服饰、户外器材、童装孕婴、儿童乐园、时尚配饰。
五楼主营：新华百货电器。
我实习的地方是三楼办公室，现在我就以三楼为例，详解美佳铭城的商品规划。
从电梯上来，电梯正对着的是商务女装，从这家往右便一直是商务女装。电梯旁边是百源裤业，主要经营的是男女裤业，现在正在搞活动
