4、分析竞争对手的价格行为
主要是了解竞争对手的价格和商品质量。若果所提供的商品或者服务的质量与竞争对手相似,那么所制定的价格也必须与之接近,否者就会失去市场份额;如果高于竞争对手,则定价就可以高于竞争对手;若果不如竞争对手,就不能制定高于竞争对手的价格。还有就是要通过访价来进行。
5、选定最终价格
选定的价格并不是最终价格,还要考虑其他因素<1>消费者的心理(品牌声望、习俗)<2>既定的价格政策(明确规定了自身的价格形象,如同类商品比市场价格低3%-8%,在定价时要体现这种工人的价格政策)<3>价格对其他各方面的影响(制定价格时,应考虑供货商、竞争对手。销售人员等对价格的反映,政府会不会干涉和制止,是否符合相关的法律法规等等。)
6、我对定价的意见
鉴于在三楼办公室实习几天,我时常听到楼层主管跟商户商定商品价格和活动情况,在通过几天的耳濡目染之后我对于商场的定价有一下几点意见
<1>适当的给予商户相应的租金优惠,以业绩排名,前十者有适当的减免天数,后十者给予一定的惩罚,来促进商户对于售货的积极性
<2>在高价区就不要出现廉价的商品,满足顾客的价格心理需求
<3>一些知名品牌可以低于市场价格的几个百分点来销售,达到同货不同价,以吸引顾客的光临
<3>根据销售情况制定相应的折扣,调动消费者的购买欲望
<4>杜绝商场内部的价格恶性竞争
