一、 薪酬的界定
本方案的薪酬是指公司对员工承担的工作和提供的劳动贡献所支付的现金报酬。包括基本薪酬和可变薪酬或浮动薪酬，但不包括福利，福利将在《员工福利管理制度》中体现；基本薪酬包括基本工资、岗位工资、司龄工资；可变薪酬或浮动薪酬包括绩效工资、年终奖。
二、本方案的适用范围
1. 本方案适合除总监以上高管、车间一线员工、综合部搬运工以外的所有岗位；
2. 总监以上高管实行年薪制，另行制订方案；
3. 车间一线员工（含各班组长）执行车间工时定额手册；
4. 综合部搬运工实行搬运工工时定额手册。
