党员积分制管理的实践与体会
【摘 要】动力车间党支部根据上海石化党委关于党建工作要“突出党员队伍建设‘给、管、要’”的工作要求，以党员积分制管理为抓手加强党员教育管理，将党员履行义务暨日常表现按行为记录进行积分，让党员清楚看到自己在集体中所处位置，显化落后，以增强党员主体意识，实现党员自我反省，引导党员日积跬步、不断前进，建设一支有信仰、有理想、守纪律、守规矩的党员队伍。

1 引言
