三、项目实施情况
1、项目研究意义
西电校内越来越多的同学选择自主创业，经常可以见到校园内有摆地摊的同学，由于投资有限，他们卖的只是少量单一的产品，单个地摊难以引起很多人驻足，所以急需一个网络商城提供“店铺”使他们形成产品集聚效应，促进他们产品的推广与销售,为有意向创业的人提供机遇与平台。我们已经对校内部分创业团队做了调查，并得到了反馈，我们会对这些信息进行整合和分析，会尽量满足他们的需求。
西电乐淘网是一种新的经营管理模式的创新，模式上虽然类似淘宝网，但项目的受众不同，西电乐淘网是为大学生服务的，学生为买家也为卖家，就是鼓励同学们将自己掌
