关于下达2011年度中等职业学校专业骨干教师国家级培训任务的通知
各省辖市、省直管试点县、重点扩权县（市）教育局，各省属中等职业学校：
根据《教育部办公厅关于下达职业院校教师素质提高计划2011年度项目任务的通知》（教职成厅函〔2012〕14号）要求，教育部给我省下达了2011年度中等职业学校专业骨干教师国家级培训任务820名。在各地市和省属中等职业学校预报培训的基础上，省教育厅确定了2011年度中等职业学校专业骨干教师国家级培训名额分配方案，现将有关事项通知如下：

一、培训对象
参加国家级培训的教师须具有中级以上教师职务，从事职业教育教学工作5年以上，所教专业与培训专业相符，师德良好，身体健康，年龄不超过45周岁。曾获市（地）级以上表彰的教师可适当放宽条件。
各有关单位要坚持公开、公平、公正的原则，严把资格条件，规范选拔程序，认真遴选参训教师，加强监督管理。市、县属学校参训教师由市、县教育局负责遴选，省属中职学校参训教师由上级主管部门或本校负责遴选，技工学校参训教师由省人力资源和社会保障厅负责遴选。
二、培训内容和形式
培训每期12周（含企业实践4周），共计480学时。培训采取集中培训和企业实践交替的方式进行，实行小班教学、分组训练，每个培训班35人左右。
培训主要包括四方面内容：
（160学时左右）。学习本专业领域的前沿理论知识、先进技术，进行专业技能训练。
（80学时左右）。学习国家职业教育政策、国内外先进职业教育理论与教学方法、现代教育技术手段、职业教育教学研究方法等。
