港口危险货物装卸货综合安全评价.pdf

大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘要港口的危险货物的装卸货工作是港口的安全生产工作的关键部分,对于港口的作业安全工作具有重大的意义。港口的装卸货工作是依存港口的企业发展和生存的必要条件及基石,其体现在“以人为本”,它的根本所在是为了使社会的可持续的发展及创造和谐的安全的绿色的港口。本篇文章是在意识到港口安全货物的装卸货工作的重大意义的基础上,与本人的实际的工作经验相结合,针对了港口的危险货物的装卸货的综合安全情况给出了相关评估,并对此做出了相关的安全措施和对策的理论研究。本篇论文先是对安全评价的方式方法做了相关概念的评述,接着对港口危险货物装卸货的安全评估方式特点做了描述。运用国内外专家形成的分析方法作为基础,对本文所针对的港口危险货物装卸货的问题做出了安全评价方式方法的研究选取。之后,针对港口的危险货物的装卸货工作的实际调研,理论分析以及专家的问卷调查,最终确定了影响港口的危险货物的装卸货的安全评价的各种因素。接下来,针对影响因素中权重的判断,运用了层次分析的方法,并结合数学软件Mathematica7的使用,对这些问题进行了计算以及公式的编写和整理,使评价的程序更具有实际效用性。最后,在层次分析权重的进程时,结合实际事故案例, 分析了导致各类事故的具体因素,并针对其提出了方案措施。本篇文章在针对港口的危险货物的装卸货的整体安全评估时,运用了模糊的综合评判的方法,并且对此课题的下一步研究以及后期的目标进行了展望。本文对安全评价以及研究对策的基础下,港口的监管部门对于港口企业安全装卸货作业进行指导,监督,港口的企业对于港口的装卸货的安全管理评估有了理论的指导, 这些都具有现实的意义。关键词:港口装卸货:安全评价:模糊综合评判万方数据 Abstract Portloading&discharging is akey part ofthe work safety,it hasgreatsignificance for thework loading&discharging isdependent ofthenecessary conditions and erstone ofenterprisedevelopment andsurvival which embodied inthe”people。oriented”, its essence is tomal∞the sustainable development ofsociety and create aharmonious green portsecurity· In aware ofportloading&discharging,on thebasis ofthesignificance bined with my job prehensive safety evaluation ofport loading&discharging 1s91Ven, and也e relatedsecurity measures andcountermeasures tothe theoretical research·The first of safety assessment methods todotherelated concepts are reviewed,and then tothePon of dangerous goods safety assessment mode characteristics ofthecargo description·On thebasis ofeXperts methods atabroad andhome,made choice about port loading&discharging saflety eV拟ion loading&discharging practical research,theoretical analysls and eXpen questionnaire,then todetermines the various factors ofport loading&disch缸ging safety thatgiving reasonable weight ofallfactors by the hlerarchicaI analysis method,and the use ofmathematical softwareMathematica7,for theseproblems are calculated and thewriting oftheformula andfinishing,and themore practicalu
