摘要
本人的论文题目是食品搅拌机的结构设计，食品搅拌机它是一类能够达成将多种类的瓜果蔬菜混合搅拌，可以搅拌出果菜糊。食品搅拌机在大家的日常生活中应用的很普遍，小到家庭，大到社会。食品搅拌机大致基本可以分为两大类，一类是家用搅拌机，另一类是商用搅拌机。家用搅拌机可以用来自制水果沙拉，自制果汁，用来搅拌各类食品。而商用搅拌机可以用来搅拌生产用的馅料，食品材料等等。家用搅拌机相对体积小，重量轻，功率也能小点。但是商用搅拌机体积比家用大，功率也大，重量也大，商用搅拌机大部分用在酒店，饭店，酒吧，食品厂等。食品搅拌机的发明可以帮人们省下来大把的时间，更省力。使人们的生活更加的美好，幸福，简单。食品搅拌机是人们生活不可缺少的一部分。食品搅拌机具有以下优点，操作简单方便，便于清理，清洁卫生，效率高,噪音比较小。全部构造比较紧密，它的重要构成有以下两部分：搅拌传动系统，搅拌装置。它是由电动机皮带轮驱动，采用联轴器，减速器可通过混合四杆机构。机架设计，传动设计，电机的选择等等是本次题目设计的主要内容。

Abstract
My thesis topic is the food mixer structure design, food mixer is a kind of can reach its mixing, mixing many kinds of fruits and vegetables can stir the fruit paste. Food mixer in the applications of everyone's daily life are common, small to family, to society. Food mixer basic can be roughly divided into two categories, one kind is household mixer, another kind is the commercial blenders. Household blender can be used in the homemade fruit salad, homemade juices, used for mixing all kinds of food. And commercial blender can be used to stir the production with the stuffing, food materials and so on. Household mixer relatively small size, light weight, power can also be smaller.
