豫南地区广场舞开展现状调查研究.pdf

摘要现今广场舞已经成为广大群众接受和喜爱的体育活动,在众多体育活动中广场舞因不受人数、年龄、场地限制,投资少、消费低并且能起到防病治病、强身健体、交友娱乐的效果深受广场舞参与者的喜欢。豫南地区虽然是广场舞活动开展比较活跃的地区之一,但在开展广场舞活动中,仍然还有着许许多多的问题,这些问题都对豫南地区广场舞良好的开展产生了相应的影响。为了使豫南地区广场舞活动更好更健康的开展,所以对豫南地区广场舞活动开展情况进行深入的调查并对其结果做出分析,是现今豫南地区广场舞活动开展所面对的重要课题。本文所采用的研究方法有文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法对豫南地区广场舞的开展现状及影响因素进行调查研究,从中发现问题、找出解决问题的办法,为豫南地区广场舞的开展与完善提供参考,以促进豫南地区广场舞更好的发展,同时也为经济薄弱,不发达地区开展广场舞提供借鉴。通过对豫南地区广场舞参与者、指导者的调查研究得出以下结论:(1)豫南地区广场舞参与者主要以中老年为主;性别比例失衡,已婚者居多;参与者学历、月收入水平普遍不高。(2)豫南地区广场舞宣传力度欠缺,参与者学习、认识广场舞途径单一;豫南地区广场舞参与者普遍得不到科学指导。(3)豫南地区广场舞参与者以自发组织参与为主;虽然豫南地区广场舞活动起步较晚,但参与者人数逐年呈上升的趋势。(4)豫南地区广场舞活动地点已经不能满足参与者对锻炼场地的需要;活动点练习内容主要为民族舞、现代舞、体育舞蹈、交谊舞,而民间舞难度较大,练习地点较少。(5)豫南地区广场舞参与者活动时间集中在早晨和傍晚,以早晨为主,每周锻炼的时间和频度符合体育人口标准。(6)豫南地区广场舞参与者主要为40-60岁的离退休人员和广场舞爱好者, 缺乏年轻、专业的体育指导者。(7)豫南地区广场舞参与者多为中老年人,所以在音乐选择上主要以慢节奏、中等节奏、中等偏快节奏为主;豫南地区广场舞表演或比赛频率较少。(8)豫南地区广场舞资金来源主要是参与者缴纳会费或参与商业性表演获取,体育行政部门,街道居委会出资较少;广场舞参与者用于广场舞消费主要为缴纳会费、购买运动鞋、舞蹈器材。(9)豫南地区广场舞参与者由于缺乏科学的锻炼知识和方法,在健身的过程中存在很多的误区。关键词:豫南地区,广场舞,现状调查,对策研究 ABSTRACT Nowadays,The square dance e one sports epted and loved by thebroad masses many sports activitiesthesquare dance thereare not thenumber,age,site constraints,and not only low investment and low consumption but also hasthe effectthatCanplay toprevent and cure diseases,physical fitnessand friends effect popular inthe square dance the south ofHenan Provinceis one ofthe most active areas ofthesquare dance activities,thereare stillmany problems that affect thesquare dance better development inthe south of Henan Provincein thesquare dance activitiescarried out theimportant issue to bestudied atpresent tohave athorough study ofthepresent situationanddevelopment strategies ofthe square dance activity insouthem Henan Provincearea and to promote the sustained and healthy development ofthe squaredanceactivity insouthem Henan Provincearea.
