孕妇B族溶血性链球菌感染对母婴的影响.doc孕妇 B族溶血性链球菌感染对母婴的影响【摘要】目的探讨孕妇 B 族溶血性链球菌( GBS ) 感染对母婴的影响。方法 200 例定期孕检并分娩的孕妇, 根据有无 B 族溶血性链球菌感染将其分为观察组 55例(B 族溶血性链球菌阳性) 和对照组 145 例(B族溶血性链球菌阴性), 观察 B 族溶血性链球菌感染对母婴的影响。结果两组孕妇流产、早产、胎膜早破、产褥感染的发生率比较, 差异有统计学意义( P< )。两组新生儿肺炎、新生儿上呼吸道感染率比较, 差异有统计学意义( P< )。结论分娩前 B 族溶血性链球菌阳性感染对孕妇和胎儿的生命健康造成严重的威胁, 因此, 要做好孕妇产生 B 族溶血性链球菌的预防工作, 一旦发生感染要及时治疗并严格控制。【关键词】 B 族溶血性链球菌;感染;母婴;影响【 Abstract 】 Objective To investigate influence by group B hemolytic i ( GBS ) in pregnant women on mother and infant. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women , who received regular check and gave birth , were divided by their infected group B hemolytic i into observation group with 55 cases ( positive group B hemolytic i ) and control group with 145 cases ( negative group B hemolytic i ). Influence by group B hemolytic i on mother and infant was observed. Results The difference of incidences of abortion , premature birth , premature rupture of membranes , and puerperal infection had statistical significance between the two groups ( P< ). The difference of neonatal pneumonia and neonatal upper respiratory infection rate between the two groups had statistical significance ( P< ). Conclusion Antepartum infection of group B hemolytic i has severe threat on maternal and infant health. Therefore , full prevention of group B hemolytic i is necessary , and strict control is essential for detected infection. 【 Key words 】 Group
