分析探讨阴式超声弹性成像技术对宫颈癌的诊断价值.doc分析探讨阴式超声弹性成像技术对宫颈癌的诊断价值【摘要】目的分析阴式超声弹性成像技术对宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法 184 例妇科患者作为研究对象, 均实施阴式超声弹性成像技术进行诊断, 总结诊断结果, 并与病理检查结果进行对比。结果正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈良性病变患者超声弹性成像评分主要为 3 分以下, 宫颈癌超声弹性成像评分主要为 4 分及 4 分以上, 本组患者阴式超声弹性成像技术诊断宫颈癌的符合率为 84. 4%, 二维超声诊断符合率为 59. 4%, 差异具有统计学意义( ), 但与宫颈癌比较, 差异具有统计学意义( P< ) 。结论阴式超声弹性成像技术能够比较准确的诊断宫颈癌, 具有非常高的诊断价值, 可作为宫颈癌的筛查手段, 值得在临床上推广。【关键词】阴式超声弹性成像技术;宫颈癌;诊断价值 DOI : -5547/ Diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonic elastography technology for cervical cancer LI Yan-song , LI Yan-mei , LI Qian-qian.
