“您好，请问有什么事？”质监窗口工作人员接过办事群众递来的材料问道。“我们是远成物资的，要年检代码证书，赶着去签订合同。”“对不起，因为江都撤市设区，要等你们的营业执照变更后才能办理代码证书变更和年检。”“那可怎么办呀，代码证书不年检，就会影响到我们全年120万吨煤炭合同的签约，请你们无论如何帮帮助啊！”听到这番话，窗口工作人员也非常着急，经过紧张的商量，质监窗口决定以窗口的名义出具一份情况说明，帮助说明组织机构代码证书不能年检的原因。两日后，窗口对远成物资进行了回访，该公司法人代表田宏定先生高兴地说：“太好了，你们质监窗口帮了大忙了，
