5月下旬，质监窗口工作人员接到我区重点企业中海工业（江苏）有限公司办公室王主任打来的求助电话，请求窗口帮助年检组织机构代码证书。由于该企业营业执照是由省工商局核发的，组织机构代码证书也应由省质监局代码中心核发和年检。质监窗口了解情况后，决定为该企业提供全程陪办服务。但是，窗口初审后发现该企业的申报材料尚未齐全，不符合受理要求。原来，该企业法人林建清在外地，无法提供身份证原件。这造成该企业的代码证书无法年检，其所有分支公司的代码证书均无法变更。为了尽快为企业解决这一难题，质监窗口负责人一边陪同该公司王主任赶往省代码中心，一边电话联系省代码中心询求解决方案。质监窗口热情、高效的服务，感染了省代码中心领导，代码中心朱峰主任当即同意由该企业法人将身份证照片通过电子邮件发送过来，代替身份证原件。随着法人身份证的清晰打印，当天下午近6点钟一整套年检手续全部办理完成。接过年检好的代码证书，王主任感激地说：“没有你们专程陪我们来南京，我们今天肯定是办不成年检手续的，真是太感谢你们了，你们的
