教师一学年要家访几次？重点家访什么样的学生？家访要说些什么……这些问题的答案，现在都可以在《厦门市中小学教师家访工作标准》〔以下简称《标准》〕中找到。
　　市教育局近日出台的这个教师家访的工作标准，据称，不仅在福建省，甚至在全林春才说，目前能找到的规章制度中有关家访的，都只有一两句话，但是，我们想使它标准起来。以下是《标准》的一些要点。
　　班主任和科任老师都要家访
　　《标准》说，班主任每学期登门家访数量原则上应到达所任教班级学生数的三分之一，做到两年内对全班学生家庭普访一遍。对新接班级应于当年对全班学生家庭普访一遍；对特殊学生的家庭要常访、多访。此外，科任教师也要参与家访工作，每学期要对所教学生登门家访不少于10人次。
