Abstract:
Enterprise marketing includes two aspectsinternal marketing and e*ternal marketing. The internal and e*ternal marketing is relative to the two concepts. Through internal marketing can meet the batch production of the employee needs to attract, develop, stimulate the retain qualified employees. Internal marketing is a kind of regard employees as consumers, to please the philosophy of the employees. It is a batch production to meet human needs through the strategy. Internal marketing aims to meet the needs of staff to arouse the enthusiasm of employees, and thus improve service enterprises profits. Hope to haidilao effect of internal marketing investigation and study, understand the current situation and e*isting problems of the internal marketing, and based on this put forward reasonable internal for the brand marketing strategy suggestion, in order to better promote the interior of the enterprise brand appeal, stimulate staff's work enthusiasm, to further improve enterprise service profits and brand value.
