尊敬的各位领导，同志们：
大家好，现在我代表河集乡向大家汇报河集乡美丽睢县，整洁村镇小城镇方面的一些工作，这次发言，不仅是领导和同志们对河集乡工作的肯定，也是对我们的鞭策和鼓励。下面我简要介绍一下河集乡成效和做法。
河集集镇分为南村、北村两个村委， 940户，4000余人，8个村民组。在美丽睢县，整洁村镇活动中，我们努力把河集集镇建设成为连接农村与县城的纽带。概括起来主要做了以下五个方面的工作：
，加强领导。我们成立了由书记任政委、乡长任指挥长，副书记为常务指挥长，包村领导、其他职能部门干部以和村干部为成员的指挥部，并明确职责，细化分工，确保了村镇建设快速推进。
，科学规划。按照突出“生态城镇”、“文化城镇”的风貌和“三化联动”、统筹协调和惠及民生的指导思想， 2014年初，聘请具有高资质的河南省规划设计研究院的专家，对我乡的村镇体系、城镇镇区、基础设施进行高标准、高起点规划。
