北碚区柳荫镇教育管理中心班主任岗位竞聘方案
〔征求意见稿〕
班主任是学校教育第一线最直接的管理者和教育者，为了进一步优化我校班级管理队伍结构，提高班主任整体素质；充分调动和发挥班主任的积极性，建立有利于优秀人才成长、充满生机与活力的用人机制。根据新时期班级管理的新特点、新要求，结合我校班级管理实际，制定本实施方案如下：
一、基本原则：
1、坚持任人唯贤、德才兼备、能上能下、注重实绩的原则。
2、坚持公开、平等、竞争、择优的原则。
3、坚持群众路线，做到领导意见、群众意见相结合的原则。
4、坚持程序标准、民主监督的原则。
二、组织机构：
1、成立班主任竞岗工作领导小组。
班主任竞岗领导小组组长：钟兴福
副组长：王安儒 刘恒
成员：唐大洲 刘华 潘德胜 樊永明 唐勇 潘廷 陈志平
领导小组下设办公室：
办公室主任：王安儒〔兼任〕
成员：樊永明 潘廷 唐大洲 刘华
三、岗位及名额：一、二、六年级各三个班主任；三、四、五年级各两个，共计十五个班主任，明通完小及中心园根据各自情况制定班级个数。
四、实施范围：全体教师均可报名参加竞聘。
五、竞岗基本条件：
1、思想政治和业务素质好，组织观念强，坚持科学发展观，能够认真贯彻执行党的教育方针、政策；
2、热爱党的教育事业，热爱学生，有较强的事业心，责任感；
3、身体健康，能够坚持全日制工作；
4、近两年年度考核为称职以上，未受过党纪政纪处分；
