第二章 校 长

第四条 校长由泾川县教育局聘用，是学校法定代表人，对学校行政工作全面负责。
第五条 学校实行校长负责制，校长行使以下职权：
㈠指挥决策权。校长接受教育办的领导，对教育办负责，统一领导指挥学校全盘工作。校内行政工作的重大问题，校长有最后决策权。
㈡人事权。人事权由区教育办考察、批准后执行。校长有权设置校内处室，任免各室行政干部，县教育局考察审批；校长有权根据有关政策选聘教职工，拒绝接受不宜来校工作的人员。
㈢财经权。学校实行“统一领导，统一管理”的财务管理制度，学校的财务活动在校长的领导下，由报帐员依法管理。
第六条 校长应履行以下义务：
㈠全面贯彻党和国家的方针、政策、法律、法规，完成上级主管部门安排的各项工作任务，接受上级的检查、指导。稳步提高教育质量。
㈡全面主持学校行政工作，制定工作计划和行事历。每周主持召开一次校长办公会议，研究、安排学校工作。
㈢定期召开行政小组会议，检查、指导、总结各部门的行政工作，指导团队工作。
㈣校长应率先垂范、严于律已、清正廉洁。坚持民主集中制，团结一班人，领先全体教职职工，不断提高教职工的政治思想、职业道德、文化业务水平和教育教学能力，调动教职职工教书育人的积极性和创造性。
