I摘要随着城市地铁线网的规划和建设,其承担的城市内部公共交通的比率也越来越高,地铁客流量的不断增加,使乘客越来越关注地铁是否能够准点、快捷。在地铁日常运营中,如列车发生故障导致无法运行时,就需要进行故障救援,列车故障救援时因受到线路条件的制约、设备设施方面的限制,会造成故障影响的时间长、部分运营线路阻塞等,导致较大面积的列车延误和晚点,进而降低线路的运营水平和乘客服务水平,无法保证乘客正点到达目的地,同时也会产生较多不良的社会影响和经济影响。文章以地铁列车的故障救援行车组织方案为主要研究对象,分析在列车故障处置、应急救援流程、救援行车组织、从业人员业务能力等各方面对其的影响,并对故障列车救援时的几种行车组织方案进行可行性和优劣点分析,从提高地铁列车故障效率角度出发,提出了西安地铁一号线列车故障救援时的行车组织方案,为西安地铁的行车应急处置预案提供了理论基础和支持,为保证西安地铁的平安运营、提升地铁运营的行车应急处置能力、提高地铁的运营服务水平提供依据。关键词:行车组织;应急处置;列车故障;救援;西安地铁IIAbstractWith the planning and construction of urban work, the metro passenger flow is increasing dramatically, and the percent of flow on the public traffic flow is high, so that passengers pay more attention on the stability and convenience of the metro. In metro’s daily operation, a train fault may occur likely so that the metro couldn’t operate normally, and the train need failure rescue. Train failure rescue is affected by line conditions, equipment and other restrictions, which would cause the failure of metro operation for a long time or result a large area train delay, thereby the operation and service level of passengers is reduced. Also, Train failure has adverse social and economic effects. Taking traffic organization scheme of the metro train failure rescue as the main object, this paper analyzes the method of train fault disposal, the process of emergency rescue, the organization of traffic flow, the ability of business practitioners etc. And then, this paper compare the feasibility, advantage and disadvantage of several anization schemes, and puts forward the anization scheme of Line 1 of Xi'an metro when the metro has train failure. The result provides a theoretical basis and support for Xi'an metro’s traffic emergency disposal plan, which ensures the safe operation of Xi'an metro and improves the ability of emergency disposal and the service level for words:Traffic Organization;Emergency disposal;
