开展廉政宣传教育。在流林电视台展播了反映王瑛先进事迹的电视剧《远山的红叶》，推出了一系列廉政公益广告，大力弘扬社会公德、职业道德和家庭美德。
四是深化廉政理论研究。加强惩治和预防腐败体系建设理论研究，深入开展信息调研，广泛宣传全区党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的经验、成果和动态，截至目前，形成各类纪检监察信息150余条、调研报告10余篇，其中40余条被中央、省、市各级采用。建立反腐倡廉制度5项，创新开展反腐倡廉工作12项。
五是狠抓特色亮点。一是作为省农村基层党风廉政建设联系点和“勤廉双优”争创活动的试点，在率先开展“勤廉双优”争创工作的基础上，今年狠抓拓展创新，“点题公开”、“一基地、两个示范点”等工作被《理顺日报》等媒体报道。二是作为省纪委法规工作联系点，开展了发挥党代表监督作用的调研，探索全面发挥党代表监督作用的途径。三是作为省纪委信访举报工作联系点，不断加强“大信访”格局建设，切实深化了信访监督、维稳、信息、窗口等作用的发挥。四是协助市纪委建设的市纪委流林教育基地，成为全省学习的“样板”，为我市党风廉政建设和反腐败工作作出了新的贡献。
(二)建立规章，完善制度，治本抓源工作进一步深入
一是健全完善领导干部从政行为制度。继续坚持新提拔干部集中谈话制度、领导干部述职述廉制度、重大事项报告制度、离任责任审计等制度，对59名科级领导干部进行了廉政谈话，对2名干部进行了诫勉谈话，对7名干部进行了离任责任审计，2010年未发生党政干部因公出国（境）经费。

二是强化重点领域、关键环节监管制度建设。制定了建设领域突出问题专项治理工作方案，出台了《关于开展<四川省人口和计划生育违纪违法行为责任追究办法（试行）>立法评估的实施方案》，结合区情转发了国有及国有控股企业、社会团体“小金库”治理实施办法等规章制度。
