多拱多跨暗挖法施工技术
我国的多拱多跨暗挖法施工技术是在西单地铁建设中产生的,地铁车站断面为三连拱形式,施工中采用 双眼镜法，施工技术,两副 眼镜并列,依次分部开挖,每个眼镜的开挖支护均错开 10~ 20天,使初期支护达到一定强度并形成支护闭合体后,再逐步开挖上部。拱部的初期支护就落在眼镜的支护体上, 使边洞成为强大的支护闭合体后,再做二次衬砌, 然后开挖中洞上、下部。此后, 又出现柱洞法、侧洞法!以及 桩、梁、拱!法多种暗挖施工方法,先后完成了三连拱、四连拱、五连拱的地铁车站以及公路隧道和地下商场, 在连拱部位采用了防排结合的防水设计和施工技术。
平顶直墙暗挖法施工技术
国际上传统的暗挖法施工中, 其顶部都是采用拱型结构。我国的技术人员在吸收盖挖法、 暗挖法和房建临时支撑多项技术的基础上, 创造出了平顶直墙超浅埋暗挖法,这种方法的特点是:采用可重复使用的临时支撑,减小开挖工作面跨度,为二次衬砌施工创造通透的空间, 实现受力转换又没有废弃工程,杜绝了浪费, 施工方法简便,能有效
