林堡中心校2015年教学工作计划
本学期，我们继续以科学发展观和党的十八大精神为指导，以全面实施素质教育为总目标，继续深化基础教育课程改革，大力加强小学教学规范建设，不断推进校本研修制度建设和校际教研联谊活动的进程，有效提高我中心校教育教学质量。
一、紧抓教学质量这一生命线，大力推动课堂改革
质量是教育的生命线，是评价学校的重要指标，也是学校工作的生命线。每位校长和教育干部要牢固确立教学工作的中心地位，向管理要质量。要以推进新课程实验为契机，聚焦课堂教学，积极培育“轻负担高质量”教学典型，要努力挖掘班级、教师典型，并加以宣传推广。开展学校领导班子深入到课堂听随堂课，中心校开展教学调研等活动,帮助教师提高课堂的执教能力,从而促进课堂效率的提高,推进学科教学质量的提升。具体安排如下：
我们计划每周最少到两所学校进行听课教研；
每学期进行一次全镇范围内大型听课教研一次；
本学期进行一次大型说课比赛，和一次听课比赛活动。
二、 强化小学教学规范建设
1、以推进小学教学规范达标活动为载体，有效落实“备课”、“上课”常规，积极组织参加上级部门的学科“质量测评”、“作业布置与批改”规范专题征集、培训、评比等活动，切实推进以教学规范为主要内容的校本教研工作，努力提升小学教师的教学能力和专业水平。
