3、机关处级以下公务员和在机关各处室工作的事业编制工作人员年度考核等次，由各处室主要负责人签署考核评语并提出考核等次意见。人事处组织召开各处负责人会议，按比例研究推荐优秀等次人选建议，提交厅党委会议研究确定。
四、几点要求
（一）要确保年度考核工作的如期完成。2009年度考核工作从文件下发之日起进行，要求2010年1月31日前全面结束。各单位、各处室要高度重视年度考核工作，把考核作为加强干部队伍建设和从严管理的重要抓手，精心组织，确保考核工作的如期完成。各单位《2009年度考核工作情况登记表》（附录2）请于2010年1月31前报厅人事处。
（二）认真撰写年度工作述职报告，填写年度考核登记表。所有考核对象必须在认真总结2009年工作的基础上，撰写年度工作述职报告，填写好年度考核登记表。

年度考核登记表按人员编制性质分类填写，并请按样表要求制作。《公务员年度考核登记表》（附录3）适用于厅机关公务员和参照公务员法管理的事业单位工作人员，机关工勤人员填写《机关工作员年度考核登记表》（附录4）；《事业单位工作人员考核登记表》（附录5）适用于事业单位工作人员。
厅直单位领导干部、厅机关各处室工作人员年度考核登记表，请于2010年1月10日前统一送交人事处。
（三）组织开好述职会。机关各处室要按照考核总体时间要求，安排好考核时间，开好本处室工
