〔三〕建立分管客户业务档案,收集客户及客户所从事行业的相关信息,定期对分管客户及相关行业做出经济活动分析并形成报告。
〔四〕参与市场营销筹划方案的设计和既定营销方案的组织实施。
〔五〕接受客户融资申请,对申请人负债能力和融资保证条件进行调查,测定融资风险度,撰写前期调查报告,并按规定程序上报审查。融资工程经审批同意后,按规定办理手续,确保所有文件完整有效。
〔六〕负责融资工程的管理工作,关注借款人债务归还能力的变化及保证条款的变化情况,针对危及我行债权平安的风险因素和风险隐患,及时采取措施防范和化解风险,并向有关部门和领导汇报。
第八条 中级以上客户经理具有指导和帮助低级别客户经理的义务,特别是在办理融资类业务以及保函、承兑等中间业务时,要指导和帮助低级别客户经理标准操作流程、识别和躲避风险,满足客户需求;并且承当客户经理培训内训师职责。
第九条 客户经理必须参加有关的培训,并在培训考核中到达合格以上。
第十条 初级客户经理在行使本方法规定的融资业务管理职责时,原那么上不能独立作为主办责任人。

第十一条 客户经理必须为我行正式员工〔C类员工〕,现有在岗人员个人提出申请,经所在分支行核准后转岗进入客户经理序列。申请高级〔含〕以上客户经理的必须经总行客户经理专业序列管理委员会核准。
第十二条 客户经理主要由以下四类人员组成:
