这些存在的问题和差距，我们必须高度重视、认真思考，积极想方法加以克服和解决。
下面，我就进一步加强今年的新闻宣传和政务信息工作讲几点意见：
加强工商宣传是是营造良好执法环境、维护良好市场秩序、树立良好社会形象、促进职能职责到位的重要手段，是取得社会认同、理解和支持的重要途径，是事关全局的大事。因此，我们必须更加重视宣传工作，紧紧围绕市局和县委、政府工作部署， 实现宣传工作在“效劳经济开展、效劳职能工作、效劳基层建设、效劳部门形象〞四个方面的积极作用，为全局各项工作的顺利推进营造良好的舆论气氛和社会环境。
〔一〕重认识抓组织，夯实根底。在年初岁首，县局就专门召开宣传工作会议，充分说明了局党组“宣传先行〞的思路和抓好宣传工作的决心。各股室队所组必须高度重视宣传工作，充分认识宣传工作的地位和作用，进一步提高对做好新形势下宣传工作重要性的认识，切实增强做好宣传工作的责任感和紧迫感。各股室队所要牢固树立“抓宣传就是抓业务、抓宣传就是抓执法、抓宣传就是抓监管〞的理念，把宣传工作作为“一把手〞和“先行〞工程来抓，坚持一手抓业务，一手抓宣传，“两手抓，两手都要硬〞，积极主动地把工商宣传谋划在思路中，部署在工作中，与业务工作同安排、同部署、同考核、同落实，把宣传工作贯穿于各项工作的始终，营造“全员参与、人人重视、个个主动〞的大宣传气氛，齐心协力开创我局宣传工作新局面
