心理健康教育三年发展规划

第三年“走出去”与“引进来”相结合，充分利用校内外丰富而优秀的心理健康教育资源，拓宽心理健康教育渠道，丰富心理健康教育形式，使我校广大师生在自我认知、情绪管理、人际关系、能力提升等方面普遍获益，也对排查出的心理异常的学生做到有效干预或及时转介；同时，也将我校心理健康教育工作经验向其他兄弟学校传播。

三、条件保障方面
1、 师资建设初见成效。我校现有罗俊秀一名专职心理咨询师，唐秋芳、刘倩（2014年通过招聘引进）两名兼职心理咨询师，雷胜刚、李兴波、李华文、付霄、王崇仙、张德芸、张英等七名心理健康教育辅导老师。由于学校初建，各项工作都在积极推进中，近一年在心理健康教育师资建设上主要坚持“外学经典，内传实招”的培训模式：“外学经典”主要是2014年5月—12月，支持罗俊秀老师参加盛晓春博士贵州第一期系统式家庭治疗高级督导学习；2014年8月—12月，支持唐秋芳、刘倩、罗俊秀三位老师参加贵阳著名儿童游戏治疗专家、贵州心理协会理事长张路老师儿童游戏治疗技术初阶学习，支持三位老师参加贵阳乌当区游戏进社区志愿者服务活动项目，增强心理指导老师的实战经验和技能，派遣李华文老师到清华大学取经心理健康教育先进理念与技术。“内传实招”主要是外出学习的老师将已学到的技能通过教研
