欢听表扬，对待批评有逆反行为。有的把男女朋友有事或有病作为堂而皇之的理由来请假，动辄不来上课，请假先斩后奏。
4、荣辱观念偏颇，社会上不良风气潜移默化地影响着校园，生活上攀比，追求享受，有的学生以高档消费、有男女朋友为傲，追求所谓的浪漫。
二、我校校园环境
1、宿舍安排相对混杂给教育管理带来困难  
在现有条件下，我校现在学生宿舍安排有些不合理，同班的学生安排在不同的宿舍，有一个班30多个学生分布在7个宿舍，同学之间不便了解沟通，开展班级活动也有诸多不便。不同专业、不同班级的学生混住一室，新生班与老生班甚至毕业班混合在一起，造成新生入学不久就违纪，因喝酒、打牌等影响第二天上课的现象时有发生。与分院系班级的住宿管理模式比，弱势明显，给学生教育管理带来新的困难。
2、学校设施和周边环境给教育管理带来局限
学院除了图书馆、实训楼、球场，没有其它休闲娱乐场所，如果有体育馆、艺术楼、实训中心，就能给学生较多的活动空间，就不至于象有的学生所说“无聊”、“茫然”；每周20左右节课时，相对有许多的自由活动时间，学生无事可做，导致大一新生就去兼职，耽误上课现象时有发生。过早进入社会，加速思想复杂化，结识社会上的朋友，导致思想观念变化。学院周边都是工厂、村庄，环境较杂乱，文化氛围较差，没有休闲娱乐、陶冶性情场所，上街又要花钱且不安全，课余时间就只有睡觉、上网，玩手机。

教师教学管理不够重视
高职院校教师教学相对自由，重视的是学术成果，对学生教学教育管理方面考核较为宽松，而学生对任课老师的评价打分直接影响
