1 北刘寄奴药材质量的评价方法【摘要】目的建立北刘寄奴药材质量的评价方法。方法用高效液相色谱( HPLC )法测定了市售北刘寄奴 9 个样品中木犀草素的含量。结果北刘寄奴中木犀草素的含量与茎梗、叶、花的相对比例有一定相关性,茎梗所占比例大的药材, 其木犀草素的含量较高。结论该方法快速简便, 稳定可靠, 控制药材中茎梗、叶和花的比例, 可保证北刘寄奴药材质量的稳定性。【关键词】阴形草木犀草素高效液相色谱法 Evaluating Method for the Quality of BEi Liu 拟 Ji拟 Nu ZHANG Hong 拟 wu, ZOU Zhong 拟 mEI, XU Li拟 zhen Institute of Medicinal Plant Development, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Peking Union Medical College, Beijing, 100094, China 2 Abstract:ObjectiveTo set upa method for evaluating the quality of Bei Liu 拟 Ji拟 Nu (the whole herb of Siphonostergia chinensis Benth).MethodsRP-HPLC was used to determine the content of luetolin in Siphonostergia chinensis collected from markets in the north of The assay was essfully applied to determination of luteolin in Bei liu 拟 ji拟 nu.
