讲师队伍的建设我们可分为六个重要关键环节：选、育、评、晋、留、激。哪一个环节对成功建设起着更具有决定性的影响呢？搞明白这个问题，我们在行动上才有重点，才有突破口。
一、先让我们来看看内部讲师队伍建设的特点：
1、来源上：首先是内部的正式职员，因此多数从未接受过TTT的训练，而且有的并非是自主选择；
