今天是研修的第四天,是个特殊的日子:研修的时间过半;省教育厅张志勇副厅长到小学数学课程专家团队工作室看望全体团队成员并对工作做了指导。大家处于冲动之中,紧接着又投入了忙碌的工作。
研修四天来,我们课程团队的全体成员、指导教师、研修组长和广阔小学数学教师共同经历了忙碌、辛苦和不眠,当然更多的是兴奋、收获和企盼。
付出这么多辛苦,追求的又是什么呢?追求上好每一节课,追求澄清一个疑惑,追求分享一个案例……
其实,我们最终追求的是心灵的安静,称之为心静。在这个物质财富越来越丰富的时代,人们的追求日趋多元化,心灵愈加躁动不安。留住宁静,守住真诚,拥有善良和纯洁的心灵,已成为当今教育最为重要的任务之一。
