四、工作要求
1、强化管理。各所要对照案卷中存在的问题全面进行整改。要严格按照四统一要求，健全管理制度，加强管理，完善办公设备，改善办公条件。
2、服从管理。坚决杜绝乱收费，主动接受乡镇和司法所指导、监督,积极参与矛盾纠纷调处工作。
3、加强管理。各所加强执业纪律和职业道德教育，严格规范服务行为，坚决杜绝违法违纪行为，完善例会、业务学习、重大案件研讨等制度，及时更新业务知识，不断提升业务能力和法律服务形象。
五、案卷规范
为全面规范基层法律服务案卷的立卷、归档和保管工作，根据司法部《基层法律服务所管理办法》、《湖南省基层法律服务所条例》、《湖南省司法厅关于进一步加强和规范基层法律服务工作的意见》湘司发〔2011〕52号的有关规定，现将我县基层法律服务案卷的有关要求如下：
1、各所应当建立健全案卷管理制度，实行集中统一管理，指定专人负责，设置适宜存放的设备，根据业务范围和承办的各项法律事务的不同类别，分别立卷、归档和保管。
2、担任法律顾问的业务材料要做到每单位一卷：代理民事、经济、行政诉讼，办理非诉讼法律事务，调解纠纷的业务材料要做到一案一卷，解答法律咨询，代写法律文书的业务材料要做到定期分类装订成册，按年度立卷；其他业务的具有查考利用价值的文件材料可以根据实际需要，定期分类装订成卷。
