日本玩具安全标准第八版（ST2002)
日本玩具安全标准第八版（ST2002）第三部分已经公布，主要修订了以下几点：
一、对着色玩具颜色的迁移试验进行了修订，编制了明确的颜色迁移比较标准。
二、对不同年龄组玩具涉及的纺织品中甲醛的含量 will take effect on September 1, 2009.

Comparison Standard Solution (clause (4))
The procedures for the preparation of comparison standard solutions for the red, yellow and blue group are amended in the revised standard.

The revised standard clarifies the age groups for formaldehyde in textile products used for toys. However, the limits of the requirement were not changed.

The requirements of the revised standard shall apply to toys prescribed in Article 78 (1) (Designated Toys) of the Enforcement Regulations of the Food Sanitation Law. Toys that do not fall under designated Toys, but intended for children under six years, shall be subject to the requirements of DEHP and DINP only.
