班主任看似对我们不关注,实际上消息灵通,班中发生的大小事情她都知道,但是任由我们折腾,只要把握好尺度,她就不会过多询问。在我们班成绩不好的时候,班内有冲突的时候,她就会在班内对我们大声训斥,并为我们分析其中的利害关系,以德服人。但有时候也会像小孩子一样不讲道理,严厉训斥,在我们苦恼的时候,也去找她商量,班级内的有些事情我们自己无法处理,她会给我们出主意,帮忙解决。
班主任作为历史老师的时候便是严肃又认真,让我们面对历史课又爱又怕,她的课堂生动有趣,又有活力,怕她扣分,她的课速度快,我们反应必须也迅速,否则就跟不上她的节奏。历史课一上,班级绝对精神了,我们学起历史也较为轻松,知识点在课上就会记牢,而且记忆深刻。
