3、在预定烤全羊之前，员工应向预定游客收取500—1000元的餐费预定押金，以便减少不必要的损失。
提成奖励办法
1、恰特演出票：门市价格：120元，内部员工销售优惠价格80元，其中40元为员工提成奖励部分。
2、商品部各类商品：按照所购买商品（除食品外）售价的10%给予提成，其中部分特殊商品（总体价格超过2000元以上的，按照15%提成）。售出商品如遇退货情况，提成款退还。
3、餐饮部：桌餐按照整桌消费金额的5%提成，其中不包含用餐期间酒水饮料等。如果订餐数量超过10桌以上，可按照总消费的金额的10%作为销售奖励。
烤全羊:1000元左右给予100元提成奖励
2000元以上给予200元提成奖励
3000元以上给予350元提成奖励
4、蒙古包服务员接待餐费超过1000元/桌时，。
5、住宿:住宿超出5间或者3个包以上，给予员工10%的提成奖励。在预定房间之前，要向住宿负责人提供游客的基本信息和证件，便于维护景区的安全及管理。
