⑧焊接检验分类；焊接缺陷形成原因、防止方法及修补要求
(2) 具有一定的钳工和机械设备维修与安装等相关工种的基本理论知识
（三）、能力要求：
1． 能正确选择的使用常用焊条、焊丝、焊剂及保护气体；
2． 能进行低碳钢的平、横、立、三个位置的焊接；
3． 能进行低碳钢的水平固定和垂直固定管的焊接；
4． 能进行氩弧焊、CO2焊、埋弧焊、等离子弧焊、电阻焊等之一的焊接操作；
5． 能控制和矫正焊接变形，能减少和消除焊接应力；
6． 能选择低碳钢、珠光体耐热钢、奥氏体不锈钢等材料之一的焊接工艺；
7． 能对焊接接头外观检验和进行返修。
五、课程设置及教学要求
(一)文化基础课程
（60课时）
本课程是学员学历教育必修的一门德育课程，旨在对学员进行职业道德教育与职业指导。其任务是：使学员了解职业、职业素质、职业道德、职业个性、职业选择、职业理想的基本知识与要求，树立正确的职业理想；掌握职业道德基本规范，以及职业道德行为养成的途径，陶冶高尚的职业道德情操；形成依法就业、竞争上岗等符合时代要求的观念；学会依据社会发展、职业需求和个人特点进行职业生涯设计的方法；增强提高自身全面素质、自主择业、立业创业的自觉性。
