西安市高校体育教学现状对大学生体质健康影响的研究
Abstract
Objective: This research according to the investigation status of school physical
education teaching in colleges and college students' physical health test results, to
explore Xi’an present situation of school sports education in colleges and universities
students' physique health effects, analysis the main factors influencing the Xi’an
college students physical health. Aim is to improve the quality of Xi’an university
school physical education teaching and improve college students' physique level, train
their consciousness of lifelong sports habits, and promote the healthy development of
sports undertakings in China to provide theoretical basis.
Methods: This article use the literature material law, survey method, questionnaire
survey method, mathematical statistics and other methods, the selection of universities
in Xi’an two schools, a total of 1450 college students, the school physical education
department 60 teachers as the research object. Investigation of the current situation of
Xi’an university sports teaching and the present situation of college students' physical
health, mainly analyzes the college students of Xi’an college physical education (PE)
concept, situation, college students take part in physical exercise, physical education
teaching evaluation, school extracurricular sports activity impact on college students'
physical health, the following conclusions.
Results:
'an college students' physique outstanding number of only %, and the number
of failed the accounted for %; Xi'an college students test scores averaging only
points, is close to pass the level, overall condition is worrying.
