摘要:目的对持续腹腔冲洗治疗胰十二指肠切除术后吻合口瘘患者的护理对策进行分析。方法随机抽取我院180例胰十二指肠切除术后出现胰肠吻合口瘘患者,均通过持续腹腔冲洗给予临床治疗,并探讨相关的护理对策。结果治疗后,胰肠吻合口瘘均痊愈,没有出现腹腔感染以及出血等并发症。结论持续腹腔冲洗具有有效、简单等优势,完善引流管冲洗护理干预对提高治疗有效性具有非常重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective To continue to abdominal cavity flushing anastomotic fistula after treatment of pancreaticoduodenal resection in patients with nursing countermeasures were analyzed. Methods Randomly selected from 180 cases of pancreatic anastomosis after resection of pancreatic duodenal fistula patients,both through continuous abdominal rinse for clinical treatment,and discusses the relevant nursing After treatment,the intestinal anastomotic fistula of pancreas were recovered,and plications such as abdominal infection and abdominal cavity flushing has advantages such as effective,simple,perfect drainage pipe flushing nursing intervention to improve the treatment effectiveness has very important significa

胰十二指肠切除术主要是治疗十二指肠癌、壶腹周围癌等疾病,但是因为并发症高、手术复杂等缺点,胰肠吻合术后瘘是造成腹腔出血、腹腔感染等致死性并发症的危险因素[1]。若患者出现消化道瘘则会造成消化液腐蚀腹腔组织,造成继发出血以及局部感染症状,从而引发死亡等严重后果。胰腺是消化酶的集中场地,仅有实施针对性的引流,方能治愈胰瘘症状,同时采用针对性的护理措施进行干预,促进持续引流的效果明显提高。
