海南岛雷电灾害特征及易损性分析区划

摘要:利用海南岛个气象台站—年雷暴日及典型雷电灾害资料,在统计分析海南岛雷灾分布特征的基
础上,从灾害易损性角度出发,对海南岛雷电灾害易损性差别进行研究,对各种易损性指标进行综合评估,初步形成海
南岛雷灾易损性区划。结果表明,海南岛雷灾集中发生在月份;多发生在下午;无防雷条件或条件差的露天野外和
简易工棚等地是雷击事故造成人员伤亡的主要发生地点;地理位置、人密度和经济发展状况等因素一定程度上影响
着雷击灾害的发生及损失程度:形成的海南岛雷灾易损度区域划分图,为区域防雷减灾规划提供了科学依据。
