[摘要] 目的探讨左卡尼汀治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果。方法方便选取该院2013年12月―2016年12月收治的冠心病心衰患者202例,随机分为两组各101例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予左卡尼汀治疗,比较两组疗效。%,%(P<);治疗后观察组LVEF(±)%、CO(±)L/min、SV(±)mL等指标显著优于对照组(P<)。结论左卡尼汀可有效改善心肌细胞能量代谢,增强心功能,效果显著,值得应用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of levocarnitine in treatment of heart failure caused by coronary artery disease. Methods 202 cases of patients with heart failure caused by coronary artery disease admitted and treated in our department from December 2013 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 101 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine treatment, while the observation group were treated with levocarnitine, and the curative effect pared between the two groups.
