天丝纤维及其织物的性能分析
摘要: 介绍了天丝的性能特点以及在纺纱过程中应该注意的问题,通过对天丝纤维的纺纱工艺进行研究来提高天丝纯纺及混纺纱线的质量水平。介绍了Tencel织物的空间结构特点及其产生原因,并阐述了这种结构特点对织物织缩、悬垂性与流动性、纰裂性、伸缩性的影响。利用FAST等织物测试系统对Tencel纤维织物的弯曲、抗皱、吸湿等性能进行了测试。

Abstract:this paper presents the performance and characteristics of Tencel, and in the spinning process should pay attention to the issue of Tencel fiber spinning technology research to improve Tencel pure and blended yarn spinning quality. Introduced Tencel fabric characteristics of the spatial structure and its causes, and the structural characteristics of this reduction of woven fabric, drape and fluidity, Slippage, and the impact of scalability. FAST, such as the use of test systems for Tencel fabric fabric bending,wrinkle resistant,moisture absorption properties were tested .
