小型滚筒式电磁干燥机的电路研究设计
摘要
小型滚筒式干燥机是一种能够处理大量物料干燥的干燥机,由于运转可靠、操作弹性大、适应性强、处理能力大,广泛应用于冶金、建材、轻工、市政等部门,转筒干燥器还可用于粮食干燥,可用于粉粒状、片状、块状物料的干燥。按照被干燥物料的加热方式,可将目前的滚筒干燥器分为五种类型,即直接加热式干燥器、间接加热式干燥器、复合加热式干燥器、蒸汽锻烧干燥器、喷浆造粒干燥器。
由于近年来电磁加热技术的高效、无污染的特点,引起了越来越多的人的重视,故次设计采用了新型的电磁加热的方式进行加热。对干燥机的历史,及电磁加热方式的工作原理进行探究,提出基本的电磁加热电路的方案,对电磁加热电路的工作过程进行分析、说明。并对主的电路的主要元件进行参数的计算,并根据实验数据计算传动功率以及对主电路的LC振荡进行了仿真模拟。

ABSTRACT
Small drum dryer is a kind of capable of handling a large amount of
material drying dryer, with reliable operation, large elasticity of operation, strong adaptability, large capacity, widely used in metallurgy, building materials, light industry, municipal departments, drum dryer can also be used to dry grain, can be used for powder and granular dry, flaky, block to the heating mode was dry material, the drum dryer can be divided into five types, namely, direct heating type dryer, indirect heating type dryer, posite type dryer, steam calcine dryer, spray granulation dryer.
