[摘要] 违宪与违宪审查理论在宪政理论中的地位日益重要。笔者就违宪与违宪审查理论的概念、特征及分类作了综述。辨析违宪与违法、违宪审查与司法审查、违宪审查与宪法诉讼及违宪审查与宪法监督等相关概念,揭示违宪与违宪审查理论的内涵。
