顺铂联合紫杉醇同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床分析 陈静孙志华杨勇琴 ( 南京医科大学附属江苏省肿瘤医院妇放科南京 210009 ) 【摘要】目的:观察紫杉醇、顺铂化疗联合放疗在中晚期宫颈癌患者中的临床效果。方法:48 例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各24 例, 对照组采用常规外照射加腔内照射方法进行放疗;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用紫杉醇联合顺铂同步放化疗。观察两组患者的疗效和不良反应。结果:观察组近期有效率高于对照组(P<);观察组3 年生存率高于对照组(P<);观察组消化道反应、骨髓抑制发生率高于对照组(P<)。结论:紫杉醇、顺铂化疗联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌疗效肯定,不良反应可以耐受。 【关键词】宫颈癌;顺铂;紫杉醇;放疗; 疗效 Clinical Study of Cisplatin Plus bined with Radiotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Cervix Cancer Chen Jing Sun Zhihua Yang Yongqin (Department of radiotherapy ,the Affiliated Jiangsu Cancer Hospital of Nanjing Medical University ,Nanjing 210009 China) Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of paclitaxel plus bined with radiotherapy in treatment of advanced cervix : Forty-eight patients with local advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into tested group ( 24 cases) and controlled group ( 24 cases) . The patients in controlled group were given concurrent radiotherapy while those in tested group were treated with concurrent radiotherapy plus paclitaxel and cisplatin .The clinical efficacy and side effect of the two groups pared.
