黄芩的调节性提取工艺研究

[摘要]目的:寻找一种能调节黄芩中的黄芩苷与黄芩素比例的提取方法。方法:利用黄芩药材中共存酶特性,应用正交设计法对提取工艺进行筛选,采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷和黄芩素的含量作为评价指标。结果:控制酶解条件,可制备黄芩苷与黄芩素按预设要求的黄芩提取物。结论:本文为灵活提取黄芩提供了有益参考。

ABSTRACT Object: To look for an extraction of Scutellaria baicalensis from which Baicalin and Baicalein can be extracted in a designed ratio. Methods: Utilizing the biological enzyme coexisted in the raw material of Scutellaria baicalensis, the extract which contains Baicalin and Baicalein in a certain ratio was obtained by a mildly enzymic hydrolysis of the Baicalin to Baicalein. Results: The ratio of the glycoside and its gene in the extract can be aimed by controlling the condition of enzymic : This article provide a useful reference to extract Scutellaria baicalensis flexibly.
