摘要3个水平上进行研究。结果通过数据分析获得热水浸提取多糖的最佳方法,提取温度80℃,料液比1∶60,提取时间30min,即:A2B1C3。

Abstract:[Objective] Hot-water method was employed to extract harides. [Methods] I optimized the extraction factors with L9 34 orthogonal experimental design. [Results] The results indicated that the optimum conditions were an extraction temperature of 80oC, an extraction time of 30 min and a substrate/liquid ratio of 1∶60.
