摘 要
教师教学反思已经成为新课改的一个热门话题,本文在对已有研究了解的基础上,从教学论的角度对现有教师的教学反思行为进行再反思。现有对于教学反思的研究大多数看到了反思“利”的一面,而忽视了教师反思的过程中存在的一些问题,如教师对反思的形式、反思的内容以及反思的时间等问题的认识上都存在“误区”,本文将对这些问题进行了探讨。
为了考察教师在教学反思实践的真实状态,本文选取了南京市 A 小学的 Z 老师作为个案研究对象。通过课堂参与,深入观察、访谈等方法对其进行实际考察, 把视角深入到教师生活的其他方面,在此基础上,对教师的教学反思行为进行研究,并且从态度、能力、过程三个角度对教学反思现状进行分析,讨论了影响教师教学反思的因素。
最后,本文从理论和实践两个角度提出了改善教师教学反思行为的建议,目的是希望教师正确认识和理解教学反思,从而能进行有效的教学反思;同时也为学校更好地促进教师成长创造有利地环境提供一些思路,促进教师的专业成长。

Abstract
The teaching reflection has already e a hot topic of New
Curriculum Reform. After reviewing the existing researches of teaching reflection, this article investigates the behavior of teaching reflection from the aspect of didactics. Currently, the most researches of teaching reflection only focus on the “advantage” of the teaching reflection, but ignores the problems occurred when the teacher reflects, for example, the teachers do not the clear idea of how to reflect, what to reflect and when to reflect. This paper will address those problems.
In order to inspect the real status of teacher's teaching reflection, Mrs. Z of A elementary school in Nanjing has been chosen as study object. Participating the class, deeply observing the teacher's behaviors including non-educational and interview method has been used for the inspection. After that, this article examines on teacher's behavior of teaching reflection, and analyzes the present situation of teachers' behavior of teaching reflect from manner, ability, the process, and then discusses the restriction factors which affect the teacher's teaching reflection.
Finally, the article provides a theoretical and practical suggestion to improve the teachers' behavior of teaching reflection. The goal of the suggestion is to help the teacher to understand the teaching reflection, and then they can carry on the effective teaching reflection. And the suggestion can be regarded as a clue for the school to provide a convenient environment for the teachers and improve their special
