摘 要
高等教育信息化是一项非常庞大的系统工程。从微观的角度来看,它包括高等院校的信息基础设施建设、管理制度建设、教学资源建设、人才队伍建设等方面。从宏观的角度来看,它涉及到高等教育机构的管理、教学、科研和社会服务等领域。这几个方面共同构成了一个多维度、多层次的高等教育信息化。因此,必须从整体上把握和研究高等教育信息化,正确地理解高等教育信息化的内涵,指导高等教育信息化的实践。
本研究对国内外高等教育信息化发展进行对比分析,为我国高等教育信息化建设提供了借鉴。第一章导论部分,主要对本课题的研究背景和意义进行阐述,提出研究思路和研究方法。第二章对高等教育信息化的基本概念进行阐述, 界定教育信息化的基本内涵、特征及要素构成。第三章对国内外高等教育信息化发展的现状进行研究,借鉴各国的成功经验和成果,以期推动我国教育信息化的发展。第四章结合我国实际,对目前我国高等教育信息化发展过程中存在的问题进行研究,找出解决的对策。
在研究中,采用比较分析法,将发达国家和我国高等教育信息化发展进行了比较;采用实例分析法,对我国高等教育信息化的发展现状进行了分析。通过对国内外高等教育信息化发展的分析,结合我国高等教育信息化发展的实际, 指出我国高等教育信息化发展过程中存在的问题,并提出了解决对策,使本研究具有前瞻性和指导性。
研究结论:我国高等教育信息化尚处于起步阶段,与发达国家和地区相比存在明显差距,目前在发展过程中还存在很多问题。为此,必须借鉴国外高等教育信息化发展的成功经验,找出解决我国高等教育信息化发展过程中存在问题的对策。
