目的:建立复方醋酸氯己定含漱液的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在λ= nm处测定普鲁卡因的含量,在λ= nm及λ= nm处采用双波长分光光度法测定醋酸氯己定的含量。结果:~ μg/ml范围内,~ μg/ml范围内,其吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,其相关系数分别为r= 98和r= 92;%,RSD=%;%,RSD=%。结论:该法简单、快速,可作为该制剂含量测定的有效方法。

Abstract] Objective: To establish a method for the determination of pound Chlorhexidine Acetate Gargle. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry ined at nm;chlorhexidine acetate ined at nm and nm. Results: Procaine and chlorhexidine acetate presented a good linear correlation at a range of - μg/ml(r= 98) and - μg/ml(r= 92) respectively. Average recovery of procaine ethod is simple, rapid and it can be used for the determination of pound Clorhexidine Acetate Gargle.

复方醋酸氯己定含漱液是我院普通制剂室自行研制的含漱液,具杀菌、消炎、止痛的作用,用于黏膜溃疡的疼痛、口腔糜烂、牙周病术后的漱口等效果较好。本文采用紫外分光光度法对本品进行了含量测定,取得了满意的效果,现介绍如下:

Cary-100紫外分光光度计(美国瓦里安公司);7530-G型紫外分光光度计(上海分析仪器厂);醋酸氯己定(九泰药业股份有限公司,批号060610);普鲁卡因(上海复星朝晖药业有限公司,批号070201);甘油(日本进口)。
