网络环境下大学生学习动机的激发策略研究
摘要
日趋网络化的社会形势,让网络学习成为一种日益重要的学习方式。网络学习的不确定性和自主性,使学习者面临种种学习障碍,激发网络学习者学习动机显得格外重要。本文先阐述学习动机相关理论,再分析网络学习特点,结合网络环境下激发大学生学习动机的重要性,对影响大学生学习动机的因素进行归类,再通过问卷调查法统计影响网络学习者学习动机因素的相应程度,进而提出八种激发网络环境下大学生学习动机的策略。即设计明确可行的教学目标、设置结构清晰的内容导航、提供实用有趣的学习内容、借助生动新颖的问题情境、整合虚拟游戏的学台、安装及时反馈的测试系统、使用积极鼓励的评价体系。

Abstract
worked social situation, let work study e an important study method day by day. The uncertainty and independence work study, make the learner face various learning disabilities, stimulate work learner's motivation seems to be particularly important. This article first elaborates the theory of motivation, then analyze the characteristics work learning, combined with the importance of university student's learning motivate work environment, categorize to the factor progress that effects university student's learning motive, again pass a corresponding of the questionnaire survey statistics work learner learning motive factor degree, then propose eight kinds of strategy to Stir up the university student's learning motivation work environment. Is to design a clear workable teaching objectives, setting clear content structure, navigation, content to provide practical learning fun, with lively new problem situation, integration of the virtual game learning, interactive platform for established and convenient to install and timely feedback of test system actively encouraged to use the evaluation system.
